RENTAL APPLICATION
To be considered as a tenant for one of our rental properties, each potential tenant 18 years of age and older, must fill out an application. The cost of each application is $45.

**CONSIDERATION WHEN APPLYING:
We require a minimum credit score of 650 as well as a ratio of two and a half times the gross monthly income to rent. A good renter's history with no evictions is imperative. If you are a pet owner, it is always a good idea to ask about the pet policy specific to the property that you are interested in. **
